Where to Stay in Mauritius
Our cashmere pieces are all created in Mauritius, a volcanic island in the Indian Ocean, and it's safe to say we've fallen a little in love with the place. An otherworldly paradise, it's truly a must-go for an authentic island experience.
Why? Sun, sea, sand, diving, fishing, sightseeing, shopping and lots of exploring.
When? The best time is May to December.
What's the food like? The culinary highlights include fresh coconut water, chopped fruit covered in chilli and sugar, seafood, palm hearts salad and Mauritian curries (they interestingly feature what are more typically known as European herbs, such as thyme). There is also endless tropical fruit, of course.
