How to Wash your Cashmere Sweater
Cashmere jumpers are an essential part of your everyday rotation. Along with your cashmere cardigans and cashmere accessories, they are all crafted from one of the world’s finest and most delicate threads, so they require careful looking after.
You can machine or hand wash your cashmere; do so every three to four wears unless visibly soiled. Use a delicate or knitwear cycle, on a cold wash at the lowest spin. We also recommend a gentle detergent such as a specialist cashmere shampoo or baby shampoo. To dry, lie your cashmere jumper on a flat surface in its natural shape, and cool iron on reverse if needed.
Store folded - never hung - with cedarwood stars to keep moths at bay, and be sure to spritz with a garment refresher in between washes.
