Delivery & Returns

General Delivery Terms

Please note that from the 18th September we are moving house which may mean a delay to your order. The expected delivery time for all parcels will now be 10-13 working days. Please accept free delivery as an apology for this delay.

Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a weekday will be processed that day.

All orders placed after 12pm (GMT) will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

All EU orders are delivered by DPD and require a signature.  Delivery will take between  5 - 8* working days.

* Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, Chinti and Parker cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance

Duties and Taxes

Please note:

EU deliveries will not be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Non EU and Non US deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Returns policy

Please return your item and the returns form (delivered with the goods) within 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded. We regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. 

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you.

Faulty items

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Returns procedure

Please note that we are moving warehouse from the 18th September. We apologise that our move may delay the processing of refunds during the months of September and October, so please bear with us during this time. If you have any concerns then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please attach the address label provided to your parcel and send your parcel to our warehouse and ensure you retain proof of postage. We regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed.
