SHIPPING TERMS

General Shipping Terms

Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed that day.

All orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

All UK and EU orders are delivered by DPD and require a signature. All US and Rest of World orders are delivered by DHL and require a signature.  

Northern Ireland and Channel Island orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and require a signature.  

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within the UK: £4.95 

Delivery to the EU: 15 

Delivery to the USA: $19.50 

Delivery to Rest of World: £19.95 

Duties and Taxes 

Please note:

EU deliveries will not be subject to additional duties and taxes.

US orders up to $800 are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For orders over $800 the duty costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Non EU and Non US deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your Chinti and Parker garment, however, if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please read the following instructions.  

UK returns and exchanges:

Returns for UK customers (and Northern Ireland) are free of charge. 

Please use the Freepost address on the Returns Form enclosed with your package and refer to our Returns Procedure section below.

International returns:

If you live outside of the UK, we regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. For all returns, please follow the steps below.

Faulty items

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns. 

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Returns procedure

In order to make a return, please request a returns reference (RMA).

RMA Request for Registered Customers
Please login to your account, select 'Orders' and 'View Order' for the relevant record. Please 'Request Return'. Once we have approved your 'Returns Request' we will email you with your RMA number which you must detail on your returns form.

RMA Request for Non-Registered Customers
Please email [email protected] or call 0207 016 4342 to request your RMA.

This reference must be filled in on the returns form.

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 14 days of you returning the items. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.

Returns policy

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached.  

All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments. 

We are able to exchange items for UK based customers only. Exchanges are free of charge. Please follow the exchange procedure paperwork found in the package. Please use return code A and request the size that you require. 

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
