Shipping & Returns

General Shipping Terms

Orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a weekday will be processed that day.

All orders placed after 12pm (GMT) will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

All orders are delivered by DHL and require a signature.  Delivery will take between 2 - 3* working days.

* Shipping times are to be used as a guide only, Chinti and Parker cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance

To obtain free shipping, your order has to be over the correct amount for the appropriate currency ($750).

Duties and Taxes

Please note:

US orders up to $800 are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For orders over $800 the duty costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Any applicable Duties and Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges.

Returns policy

Please return your item and the returns form (delivered with the goods) within 28 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To make it easy to return your order, we've included a pre-paid label to use on your return parcel. We deduct $15 from the refund to contribute to shipping costs. We regret that exchanges cannot be processed. 

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid extra unnecessary customs charges.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead return your purchase to you. 

Faulty items

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Returns procedure

Monogrammed items

Monogrammed items will be delivered separately from the rest of your order. If you choose to monogram any item, it will be personalised for you and changes, returns, exchanges or cancellations cannot be accepted.  International deliveries for monogrammed items also factor in the standard 5-8 days delivery window, so please anticipate up to a four-week delivery for orders that include monogrammed items.
