Delivery
For all UK orders a standard fee of £4.95 will be applied.
We are pleased to announce that we have reduced our delivery fee. We have been able to do this by addressing the impact of returns, and instead charging a small fee to process unwanted items.
UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY: £8.95
May Bank Holiday 2025: all orders placed on Friday 2nd of May will be delivered on Tuesday 6th of May.
Next Working Day orders placed on Monday - Thursday after 7 pm will be processed the next working day and will be delivered the following day.
If you place an order before 7 pm on Friday the order will be delivered the following week on the Monday, if you place an order after 7 pm on a Friday the order will be processed the following week on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If ordered the day before or on a bank holiday item will be delivered the next working day.
Northern Ireland and Channel Islands: Express delivery will take 2 working days after shipment.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £4.95 (5 - 7 working days)
Mainland UK: These orders are sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery.
Northern Ireland and Channel Islands: Delivery will take between 5-7 working days.
UK SATURDAY DELIVERY: £10.95
Orders placed for Saturday delivery before 7 pm on Friday will be processed that day, any orders after 7 pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Orders for Saturday delivery are delivered by DPD and require a signature. DPD do not deliver to business addresses.
ORDERS CONTAINING PERSONALISATION
All orders containing personalised items will have an extended delivery timeframe of up to 10 working days. If you ordered one or more items with one of them containing personalisation, your entire order will be dispatched within 7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship globally* and now accept all major currencies. Please select your relevant country from the menu. You can then view products in your desired currency and any important information in your own language. Once at checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.
US CUSTOMERS
We are actively working to move our warehouse operations into the US and expect to be live within the next month. This means we will be able to offer:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and text message with instructions for tracking your parcel. You will be notified again via email and text message on the day of delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered then your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order.
