UK RETURNS

Our returns window is 14 days from receipt of the item. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.

*Please note we don't accept exchanges in store for orders purchased online. 

For UK returns we are pleased to announce we have launched a new returns portal - click here to submit a return.

Step 1. Click on the link above, add your order number #GBP... (including the #) and email address used for the order.

Step 2. Select the items you wish to return/exchange and the reason codes, and select your return preference. 

Step 3. Check your information is correct.

Step 4. On the next page click 'Confirm return'.

Step 5. Print the returns label either from the portal or use the QR code sent to you via email.

Please note you will not be able to access the returns portal if you've missed the 14-day returns window. 

The fee to process any returned items is £5. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges and store credit are free of charge.

In accordance to our sustainability initiatives, we are working on reducing the environmental impact of returns. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International orders, access our returns portal here.

We accept unworn items for refund only. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. No exchanges are accepted.

If faulty goods are received please email info@chintiandparker.com. 

To process a return please follow these steps:

  1. Open the portal following the link on our website
  2. Enter Order ID: #GBP….. (including the #)
  3. Enter email address related to the order
  4. Select items, reason and quantity to return
  5. Select return method
  6. Create return label
  7. Print labels and documentation to enclose in the parcel
  8. Pack the items
  9. If there are any, remove all old labels from the packaging
  10. Attach the return labels on the parcel
  11. Drop off your parcel to chosen point / Wait for collection from courier

Please note that international customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

International customers must clearly write 'return' or 'unwanted goods' on the label of their returns parcel to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

RETURNS POLICY

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the return.  

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a refund or exchange* within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please note delivery fees will not be refunded and we are not liable for any loss of or damage to return parcels.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.

All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice, packaging and swing tag still attached. All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund. We may instead issue you with a credit note.

In the case of returns which have been lost or delayed we may need to make a complaint with the chosen carrier. In these instances, once we have the full details of your complaint it will normally take no more than 30 calendar days for the carrier to respond fully to your issue.

 

REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

If a promotional discount is applied to your order, the same discount will be applied to each product of your order that you return. You will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your order or any given product. When returning discounted products, the usual 14-day returns policy applies.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for UK customers (and Northern Ireland) are free of charge.

Exchanges are not available for non-UK customers, however you can still return your items and receive a refund for your order, subject to compliance with the outlined terms above.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    All items need to be fully assessed before rendered faulty or damaged. Please contact our customer care at info@chintiandparker.com for more information. Upon assessment if your item is deemed faulty or damaged, a full refund including all delivery costs will be given.
