Your privacy is our priority. The information you share stays securely with Persi and is never passed to retailers or third parties. We only use it to make your recommendations more accurate and more personal (see our platform terms & privacy policy for more information)
3. Is Persi really free to use?
Yes. There is no cost to the shopper to use Persi - it’s completely free.
4. Do I need to create an account with Persi?
No not currently - there’s no sign-up required to use the service. In future, you’ll have the option in order to create an account to save your preferences across sessions and retailers.
5. How accurate are the recommendations?
Persi uses AI that learns as you use it. Each time you share your likes, dislikes, and wardrobe items, Persi becomes more attuned to your personal style, enabling even more accurate, relevant recommendations over time.
6. Can I update my information on Persi?
Yes - simply open the sidekick and update your answers at any time.
7. Can I return an item recommended by Persi?
Of course. Persi helps you discover the right pieces, but all purchases and returns are made directly through Chinti & Parker, just as usual.
