What is the Try For 5 service?

You can order up to 8 pieces to try on at home before purchasing. You must return any unwanted items by the end of day 5 and you will only be charged for the items you have kept. You only need to return the items, the items do not need to be received or processed by the warehouse.

The Try for 5 service is currently available across the UK, including Northern Ireland.



How much does the service cost?

There is no cost for the 'Try For 5' service. Only the usual shipping charge applies (Standard or Next Day delivery).

Can discounts be applied to Try For 5 orders?

Yes, discount codes can be applied. Simply enter the code during checkout and the discount will be reflected in the total amount charged.



How can I cancel/modify my order?

We regret that we are unable to modify orders. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you can return any unwanted items to avoid being charged by following our returns policy.

When does the try on period start?

For Try Before You Buy, your try on period starts the day after your complete order has been delivered or collected from a pickup point.



How long do I have to try on my pieces?

You have 5 calendar days to try your items on and send any unwanted items back. Please do not remove any labels or wear the pieces beyond trying them on. Any worn or damaged items will be automatically charged for.



How do I return unwanted pieces?

For the Try Before You Buy service, you can easily return items via ourĀ Returns Portal. Please ensure that any returned pieces have the label, are unworn and undamaged or they will not be accepted and you will be charged.

Do I need to send my returns during the try on period?

Yes, any unwanted pieces need to be returned during the try on period. These returns do not necessarily need to be received by the warehouse during this period, but they must be sent within this time frame.
