Refund policy

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Christmas returns: UK orders placed from 29 October 2026 can be returned until 8 January 2027, or within 14 days of delivery if that is later.

UK returns: start your return at chintiandparker.com/pages/returns. Choose a refund, an exchange or store credit. £5 is deducted from refunds to cover return postage; exchanges and store credit are free. One exchange per order. Sale items can be returned for a refund but cannot be exchanged.

International returns: refund only, within 14 days of receiving your order, through the international returns portal linked from the same page. Customs duties, delivery charges and sales taxes are not refunded, except for orders to Canada.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Original delivery charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Faulty items: email info@chintiandparker.com with your order number and photographs. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded in full, including delivery costs.

Your legal right to cancel within 14 days is set out in our Terms and Conditions and is not affected by this policy.
